Free Book Reviews for Independent Authors

We get a lot of requests for free book reviews from authors who frequent our site, and we wanted to give authors like you a chance to submit your books for consideration.

This service is provided on a first come, first served basis. We read through the submissions in the order they are submitted, snd make our selections based on which books pique our interest.

Unfortunately, we don't have the time or the resources to review every book we receive, nor can we guarantee that just because we review your book, we will recommend it on our site.

What Are the Benefits of Free Book Reviews?

There are plenty of reasons to have your book reviewed by any established book related site you can manage.

• The more readers see your name and your book, the more likely they are to want to see what all the fuss is about.
• Even if our review of your book is not featured on BFB, you can use it to help get your book out there.
• You can use it as a way to help you improve upon your original work, or your next book.

Our reviews are written from the perspective of readers, in the hope that giving you a deeper look into the mind of your prospective readers will help you better understand what we are looking for in a book.

Free Book Review Guidelines

You must provide a description for your book, at least 250 words in length. Your description should:

• tell us what your book is about
• tell us who your main characters are and what roles they play in the story
• be completely original (not copied from ANYWHERE)
• tell us if your book is a standalone title or part of a series

You must provide a bio to accompany your summary. It should:

• tell readers a little bit about you and your background
• be completely original (not copied from ANYWHERE)

We get A LOT of review requests on a daily basis, and a unique, appealing description goes a long way in determining our interest in reading and reviewing a book.

The more effort you put into your initial request, and the more enticing you make your description, the better your chances are of catching our attention.
